A quick limerick I just read
I’m currently reading “Telling Lies For God” by Ian Plimer, which is a 300 page bitch slap for any creationist. There’s much to laugh at in this book, which is one of the first books I’ve read in years (if you don’t regard the internet as one massive, badly edited book).
Anyway, in a section where he discusses the creationist view that the speed of light is slowing down, there’s a great little limerick:
There was a young lady called bright
Who’s speed was far faster than light
She went out one day
In a relative way
And returned the previous night
:)
